The British University in Egypt
Professor McCaffer advised on the formation of the BUE since the concept was launch in 1998 by Prime Minister Blair and the then prime minister of Egypt. With support of both countries the British University in Egypt became operational in September 2005.
Professor McCaffer has been advising on the feasibility of other international Universities.
